Looking for Blender tutor :)

Ok I really really want to learn how to model and I need a tutor I can't learn by myself and just reading I am a visual learner so I really need some one to teach me! If you guys got any visual resources please post! If you are an excellent modeler please tell me how you started off as a beginner modeler! :D THX! ;D
