MegaGlest 3.3.1 Windows Installer! currently broken :(

I think the problems with other directories only effect Windows7/Vista right?
Anyone knows how to fix these porblems?

some kind of CRC error. I think there was something wrong with the upload!

I got one single error:   Oh, it's the same one.   But here so you can actually see it.

I've already tried 2 both seem to have one thing wrong, there is one more install building program that I can try, but it's quite a bit more complicated that InstallJammer or InstallCreator......
