Ok on windows 7 I copyed it into mega glest and it works  :)  It look fairly good. But its hard to know what to do.

as Gabbe has mentioned it's only alpha 0.1 :) so it may be a little bit hard to play now, but it should become more intuative later.
try maybe to have a look at the screenshots and videos on the 2nd page.

So far all the units that are in the mod were modelled by me. I will appreciate any help especially with texturing. Also, as I mentioned before I need to have another 11 new units modelled and textured.

Floatin cells... having an animation making them randomly "jump" up in the air then slowly ...(my english is too short)
floting down again, then upwards again, just randomly..

The "hairy" bacteria looks good on the picture, but it may not look as good in Glest. It could be difficult to model becuase we need to keep the polygon count low and I'm not sure how many polygons hair will take

Use Triangular pyramids for the short hairs, and triangular prisms for the long ones. ;) :thumbup:

Gabbe, why don't you pick your own image and copy yourself as many times as you want. ;D

Should be fairly easy to keep a hairy bacteria within the polygon limit. The hard part is animating it to look "hairy" rather than just spiky. I'll start experimenting  :)
