Tiger, you need to get around the forums, as far as I know there's a topic on the first page of the announcement board, that announces things about that mod.

To answer the question, Tucho ran out of time, he doesn't have time anymore to work on things for Glest... :(

It's too bad...lots of mods that are like this...they have lots of good ideas, then there are screenshots and such, then it is abandoned...  :(

Tucho gave up working on it before ever making a release.  I think he also said he lost the files, but I'm not 100% on that.  In any case (sadly), we'll never get to play it. :(

To stop this from popping up from time to time I close this thread now.
Tucho had a harddisk crash and lost all files, so it will never be released!
