First Beta is done but only the mod not the menu of anything else yet....

Here is download this is only a mega pack so just put into your glest techs folder.

Sorry for the OT, but when I saw this topic I had to mention that I also had ideas for a whimsical mod, but it would include units like a Dick Cheney shotgun-eer (dude, you know you're a beast if you shoot someone in the face and get them to apologize for it!).

I'm helpin him on some of the anims, I did all the gatherers anims, everything else was done by Tiger, I also modified the overall mushroom model, although no one will ever see what I improved it from, not much modification though.......

They're great! Cute! And serious too (as in high quality almost real-life like - erm, yes, I do realize mushrooms don't move...

)!

Yeah, the military units' animations are a bit simpler now you mention it. But they still look very very very good and interesting! I love it!

I'm thinking about making

1-shroomhut
2-dead tree (covered with fungi)
3-fungi
4-tall mushroom (tall with pointy head to slice with)
5-war shroom

Any more Ideas?
