Hey Ultifd, try the beta, I did, and I AM dreaming. ;D

Fast, and super compact. ONE BAR ON THE SCREEN(yes including the "addon bar" found at the bottom of the screen)! Instead of 3+. Course you have to customize it to get it like that, but it works great! :P If you're wondering where the little thing that says stuff like "transferring data from http://www.cryglest.com/". Well that's what I mean by the "addon bar", and now it's a partially transparent popup in the same location, I love it!

Chrome/Chromium has a great interface, but Firefox 4 looks like it should give it a run for its money. :)

Definately. Firefox also has the advantage of more add-ons. Sure, google chrome supports add-ons, but it doesn't have nearly the number or abilities of firefox. Still a worthwhile replacement of other browsers, namely IE and Opera, both which I've decided I loath.

I have a question, do you think Microsoft will ever replace IE as standard browser in windows? It would probably make a lot of websites more..open.. to other browsers. Right now i read 70-80% IE.. or 70-80% turds but whatever :P

Where do you get your percentages from? According to the W3C, IE only has 26% of the market these days [src]. There has been lawsuits against microsoft, I believe. I never really cared enough to look into them well, but I do believe that they were about the dependency on IE and forcing users to have IE, as well as preventing companies from shipping computers without IE.

It depends on what you're measuring: number of downloads, number of computers with it installed, amount of web pages viewed with each, or something else.

Yeah it depends...but basically IE's share is going down in a constant rate I think, although it seems to be rising a bit/it will soon...just a bit.

Most likely i think my numbers (wich is from here, but you cant read, sorry: www.diskusjon.no) are accurate, but they measure installments, for example i still have IE because i didnt bother to uninstall (I got my HD space measured in TBs).

Your link is broken. Care to elaborate on what you're talking about?

Judging from the url, something to do with Firefox?  4.0 stable release, perhaps?

Ah, now the link works. Sweet, I've been using 4.0 for a bit, and am currently on the RC. Though, would there even be any changes there, or would it just be rebranding the RC as stable? At any rate, I hope addon makers jump the bandwagon quickly. Half of my addons still classify themselves as "incompatible" despite working fine. Albeit, a favorite of mine, Wikilook, is the only true broken one at the moment, and colorzilla has reduced functionality.

A lot of my add-ons aren't compatible, but that's probably because their functionality is now part of the browser itself.

I'm having massive video problems with firefox, and my Dad was having problems with the menu's popping up immediately after opening them. He went to a small free browser called Arora, so far it is Firefox without all the hassle and crap. :P I may be moving to Arora soon myself, I have to admit I really don't like Firefox anymore, it's bloatware.
