8 player map "Double Cross"

Made a new Map.  It is called "Double Cross" because you have to cross two rivers.

Nice map, looks like a great 2 teams of 4 map.

Looks good, but please give us more place to build. Especially the starting points are much too near to each other and there is not enough room for the buildings. The AI players will really don't like that. Of course they will play there too, but they will be bad.
And the seddlement places with new ressources should also have more place for buildings.

Thanks for the advice; I tried very hard to make this map as good as Glest Team maps.  I don't think I'll have time to fix the map.  I have to release Dark Magic, and homework I procrastinated over spring break...

This map is designed for 2 teams of 4 players, so I don't think the defense towers would attack each other.

Funny, only one person downloaded it, and that was me... 
Anyways, I kinda tested it a few days ago, and it was pretty cool... except some of the enemy units got stuck... 
I guess I'll "re-test" now...huh... 
EDIT: OK, I tested it again, kinda. I was kinda lazy.

They were trying to harvest stone when...(well in tiger's mod, it is leaves...) (Player 1 and Player 2 spot) See?  I don't know if this only happens with the mushroom + plants mod, but I'll test again with this time the megaglest/err...megapack to see...

Otherwise, besides some other little stuff (I'm not sure what) your map is great.

Just like a priest and his mummies were blocking my workers from my teepee... Then it took like 5 minutes to build another one, slowing down everything else. (+ that lag you get... ) See? Eventually they went out after the opponents came to attack,

So here, we start. (notice when I start my videos now, I have to start it "weirdly..." and I don't have to do that with GAE, another  for MG  Anyways, here, after like 50 seconds into the video, I defend our base

Here my allies and my thunderbird attack our opponent's base. I only sent our a thunderbird because I knew that attack would Fail. But uh, we still caused a nice amount of damage.    (Really big clash at first) 

Here I start to attack, and some Norsemen come to help too.  Big clash, sorta. 

And here we finish them off. At the ending, a "look" at our humongous base. 


And that is about it, so, nice map. Sorry for the amount of "space" I took, when I post this post.
