You're right, I apologize. I have Mega-Glest and it's 3.3.4. I confused it with the other version I downloaded which is 3.3.2 . When I run Mega-Glest it gives me the error I posted above; when I run 3.3.2 it crashes in the same manner without an error message. I assume it's the same error as the circumstances are exactly the same. The unique thing about my computer is that its a Dell Inspiron Mini, so it has a short screen, but I changed the resolution and that doesn't seem to be a problem. I have been having trouble with other freeware programs I've been downloading, especially 3d programs. Not all 3d programs, however, Google Earth (OpenGL mode) and Daz 3d studio seem to work just fine. Glest doesn't seem to have a problem with the rendering but I'm not a tech and 3d programs crashing seems to be a theme. I just installed the newest update for Direct X 9 and got a driver for my video card (GMA 500) that supports OpenGL. Sorry for the info overload, thought it might be helpful. Thanks for responding so soon.
