If you have edumeons online, than you might as well have the other games made by the company...TQ... Liek Conquer Online and Zero Online.
Apparently development has been abandoned in favor of a newer project, which is really just the same game with a futuristic spin on it.

I don't think they even modified the engine, just added new game assets.
Say, good question, what does Glest's name mean? Is it based on some spanish word?
Glest was the name I used to use for my zip files when I first started working in the game because of using opengl and being a strategy game (estrategia in spanish). Now it has no meaning at all, it is just a name we think that sounds good.
Estrategia is "strategy" in Spanish. I spelled it wrong in my previous post.
