Can I use the elves for a megapack

I suppose this is mostly directed at Gameboy but I was wondering if I could use his elf faction into a mod with megatech as thats the one faction that evens out with my tech faction

Not to break balls or anything, but "megapack" refers specifically to the work of Titi (and his sons too, I think), rather than just any compilation.  For comparison, the compilations put together by Eliminator, Tiger, and their other brothers are called the "Vbros packs".

I worked on Elves a lot, and I give you my permission to use the mod as long as I am credited in assisting gAMeboy.

But still, you will need gAMeboys permission, and it isn't likely he'll respond even to a PM, he's pretty lazy....

I PMed him, and at least he replied to the thread  I mean, I posted a comment on his ModDB page, and then he replied in the Elves thread...kinda... or maybe not maybe it was a coincidence 

Oh well... but elves is pretty nice. its tileset is cool too
