Runescape Concept of Art?

I`ve looked around at the jagex.com website for 3d-modeling jobs, and i found some nice 3d model tasks that indeed are usefull for our modeling.

Look here, concept art of a troll and a bookshelf





BTW jagex said nothing about copyright were the download link was download nor within the .zip file.

Well this seems nice right?

Well unless the artist has specifically stated that they are ok with people modelling from their concept art I would be cautious about doing so.

The Troll is certainly awesome but I'm not so sure about the usefulness of a bookshelf in Glest  :|

I Know, it was mainly just trying to make some easy and good concept art for people to learn modeling :)
