The skirmisher would be something similar to a guerrilla fighter, striking swiftly and running off before a counterattack is mounted, dragoons were heavy cavalrymen that had a sabre for a charge and a carbine for shooting at infantry from a distance, envoys were messengers that carried messages between enemies, to show that they were just messengers they went un armed

mhm but in game they should be attackable, due to that making a huge army of envoys and then noone killed they would work like a wall...

Perhaps max amount of unit: 5?

could work. I like the rocket, puckle gun, rogers raiders, and balloon ideas a lot though and I hope that they will be implemented, I think Gabbe summed up the basic units very well though i posted what I think should be modified

the envoy should also die after some time, or you could spy on your enemy forever.

Buildings  units, ignore if some is already listed, i`ll just gert up with some.

Capitol
Barracks
Fort
Fortress
Outpost
Frontier outpost
gun-post [kinda like outpost]
Bank
plantation
Mill
Sheep pen
Cow pen
Wagon Worker [more advanced and efficient than regular workers]
peasant
citizen [only worker that can build banks, and manors]
manor
Farm
City Central [a fountain were citizens needs to be recharged, liek in pullos GE you can do this]
Market [exchange your gold for wood for example, no need to trade with AI]
Saloon [citizens can recharge here aswell]
Farm [peasents can recharge here, peasents have longer duration without recharge than citizen]
Stable [ofc]
Imperial Stable [ trains heavier cavalry, cots a lot more than stable]
Castle [ofc, queen ftw!]
Hospital [ctizens recharge here aswell]

I talekd about so many rechargers because you can customize your city a little more :D idk AI though...

mhm, glest isn`t huge enough to support such many building choces or units, then we must remove much of the woods and make new obstacles.

You could make a special maps with mountains instead of atree type and optimize the mountain models for a perfect tileset to your map. Like make half the mountain on one spot, then the next half on another. well, nvm here.

i wonder if this is a eliminator quality mod
