YOU CAN ONLY USE THESE FOR GLEST AND SPRING RTS FACTIONS. I MUST HAVE ALL CREDIT IF YOU DO NOT CHANGE THE .BLEND FILES. IF YOU CHANGE ANYTHING I MUST HAVE CREDIT FOR ORIGINAL MODEL.

here is the pack, it contains the listed units + some more.


Non textured models

The Ballista!
The ballista, was a weapon developed from earlier
Greek weapons. It relied upon different mechanics,
using two levers with torsion springs instead of a
prod, the springs consisting of several loops of twisted
skeins. Early versions ejected heavy darts or spherical
stone projectiles  of various sizes for siege warfare.
It developed into a smaller sniper weapon, the
Scorpio, and possibly the polybolos.

Arabic Town!
The arabic town consist of streets,
marketplaces and a tower to keep the town safe.

Battering Ram!
A battering ram is a siege engine originating in ancient times
to break open fortification
walls or doors.
In its simplest form, a battering ram is just a large,
heavy log carried by several people and propelled with
force against an obstacle; the ram would be sufficient to damage
the target if the log were massive enough and/or it were moved quickly enough,
and if it had enough momentum.
In a more sophisticated design, a battering ram was slung from a wheeled support
frame by ropes or chains so that it could be much more massive
and also more easily swung against its target. Sometimes the
ram's attacking point would be reinforced with a metal head and
vulnerable parts of the ram might be bound with metal bands.
Many battering rams had protective roofs and side-screens covered in materials, usually
fresh wet hides, presumably from the animals eaten by the besiegers,
to prevent the ram being set on fire, as well as to protect the operators
of the ram from enemies firing arrows down on them by allowing them to seek
shelter within the battering ram structure.

The complete warrior! good oportunities for modifying, a spear, a shield and a basic sword should provide you with weapons for the human model.

Textured models

The Yurt!

A yurt is a portable,
felt-covered, wood lattice-framed dwelling structure
traditionally used by nomads in the steppes  of Central Asia.
A yurt is more home-like in shape and build, with thicker walls than that of a tent.
They are popular amongst nomads.

Field Fortification

Many military installations are known
as forts, although they are not always fortified. Larger
forts may class as fortresses, smaller ones formerly
often bore the name of fortalices. The word fortification
can also refer to the practice of improving an area's defence
with defensive works. City walls are fortifications but
not necessarily called fortresses.

The Handcart!


A handcart is pulled or pushed by one
or more people. It is different from a dray or wagon,
which is a heavy transport vehicle with four  wheels
and normally at least two horses, which in turn is
different from a carriage, which is used exclusively
for transporting humans. The restriction of "carts"
to two wheels has become less strictly observed
since they were commonly horse-drawn, particularly
for those pushed by people.

Animated models

The Catapult!

A catapult is a device used to throw or hurl a projectile
a great distance without the aid of explosive devices,
particularly various types of ancient and medieval siege engines.
Although the catapult has been used since ancient times,
it has proven to be one of the most effective mechanisms during warfare.
The word 'Catapult' comes from the two
Greek words "kata" downward and "pultos" a small circular battle shield.
Katapultos was then taken to mean "shield piercer".

Trebuchet!

The Trebuchet is a siege engine that was employed in
the Middle Ages either to smash masonry walls or to lob
projectiles  over them and into the castle under siege.
It is sometimes called a "counterweight trebuchet" or
"counterpoise trebuchet" in order to distinguish it from an
earlier weapon that has come to be called the "traction trebuchet",
the original version with pulling men instead of a counterweight.
Manpowered trebuchets appeared in the Greek world and China in
about the 4th century BC.

The Mansion!

A mansion is a very large dwelling house. In the Roman Empire,
a mansio was an official stopping place on a Roman road, or via,
where cities sprang up, and where the villas of provincial officials
came to be placed. The Scots word "manse" originally defined a
property large enough for the Minister of the parish to maintain
himself, but a mansion is no longer self-sustaining in this way.
'Manor' comes from the same root hence it can be seen how
the word 'Mansion' came to have its meaning.

Thanks, the early stable model is in there too :D and 7-compressed 30 MB to 5 MB(!) so it won`t download for long...

If anyone wishes to contrubute some models, just post them and i`ll include them in the package, no matter how good or bad they are, people may make them better and then use them.
