Copyright Disclaimer Under Section 107 of the Copyright Act 1976, allowance is made for "fair use" for purposes such as criticism, comment, news reporting, teaching, scholarship, and research. Fair use is a use permitted by copyright statute that might otherwise be infringing. Non-profit, educational or personal use tips the balance in favor of fair use.

... and you're not doing any of those, so how does this fall under fair use?  You're not writing a research paper or a news article.  You're making a video game mod.

Thats not much, I'm having tons of trouble making it without all the subdividing, I'll just make sure I don't mess up again with other models by having too many polys.

something weird is going on with the texture, it only displays inside the mesh and not outside, so i see inside the mesh, omg, how do i fix this problem?

here is pics of the same mesh with and without texture:

no i don`t understand anything else than that i am making a mod and doing it nonprofit for you to critizise me and then i will do research to fix the faults and get educated within mod making in glest, me personally gaining experience, also i am teaching wyvern stuff as we go along.

Select your faces and "recalculate normals outside".  That should fix it.  I think the hotkey is Ctrl N, but I'm not sure.

Okay, now im only using royalty free textures.

I hope i can make the pet feature capable of having snipers around the general and protect him.

The sniper should use long time to refill ammo, but a deadly shot, and 15% chance of taking out a enemy troop, 70% chance of making a deadly hit, 5% chance of miss 10%chance of a non-lethal hit.

Thats good, that could lead to squad combat. A sergeant has infantrymen to protect him and can increase there morale or replace infantrymen who died
