Blender import help!

I need help on how to import a already existing blend file into blender. Tried shift + F1, nuthin happened..

Just open with blender!  :)

In windows, blender defaultly set itself the default program for playing .blend files.

Alternatively, in the user preferences menu (the default one at the top that has file, add, etc) click file and open. If you want to use a hotkey, it is just F1.

But i have one file and want another file merged.

File > "Append or link", or is that not working either?

I have two options, append and link, i tried both and neither is working...



i try to load the mesh "cube"

Did you try the object instead of the mesh?  That might work.
