Can units morph from ground to air and vice versa

The topic says it all, can units morph between ground and air mods.

Then its going to be morphin from flying unit to groudn building, and i donno, but it might be for our WWI mod.

It is, here's my idea and another question with the question first, can a unit have two sets of differently named ep, like my plan was that aircraft would have a set of ep for fuel and once that is expended they have to land and refuel, and another set of ep that would be their ammo, they would also have to land to rearm, this would only be for bombs and torpedo's.
