Is there a topic for mods under development?

I was just thinking if there is a topic that has all the links to glest mods under construction, the reason I am asking is because if there was it would make it much easier for members looking for glest work to find a mod under development, if there was a topic, all of the under development mod projects would be mentioned with a link, and if completed or stopped they would be taken off the list.

This sounds good (guessing you mean a tread where many topics can be added, I think they're called threads lol). It means the topic for my mod wouldn't be mixed amongst other stuff little modelling stuff or modding questions, etc. Completed mods shouldn't be taken off though else new people wont be able to find them also discussion on completed mods would take place. Abandoned projects should though and maybe be dumped somewhere in case someone gets interested in resurrecting one. Also a rule should be made where each mod can have only one topic unless the mod is big enough to be split into multiple topics but not too much or it'll drown other mods (if a mod got that big it would maybe have its own thread all together).

Yeah, either "thread" or "topic"... 
Yeah, I think there was a similar thread or two about this... 
For now, the wiki (later) will be the best bet to find all the mods...

Yeah, I know, but it wasn't updated much, so it was unstickied...also they weren't finished mods, only some of them...
Right now, probably the wiki is the one that will probably have (and also now) the lastest information...even though it is not a topic... 
So...hmm...

Yeah...but HyperCube it is easy to still "raise your post" count without... "spamming"...
You don't find people double posting unless they really need to...usually.

Yeah, just like the wiki too,   ...but for the wiki I think people can add it themselves, or update it, and others can help "perfect" their update or "add-in"...
If I do create that thread, I will try my best, but I can not update every few seconds...I am not a bot,
