I just bought Zbrush, anyone else tried it? It is quite cool, and way better than blender in sculpting :)

Never heard of it, I use blender because it is free! Is Zbrush compatible with Glest/Blender?
Get the Vbros': Packs 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5!

Never heard of zBrush!?!??! Its liek the nr.1 sculpting tool for creating organic 3D models! LOW POLY aswell, with HIGH detailed game textures too!https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=l9joUzMZVYo you can even choose what polycount, like, i can make a very high detailed sculpt and then it can auto deform it into something that looks the same but with less polygons. it also auto normal map and skin texturing is like heaven.

You can use a tool called Z-sphere to create easy base meshes for humans, and there is a already made human 3d model with 3000 tirnagles in the package, and it is 40 MB. It is hard in the begining, and i have already created a realistig frog 10000 triangles :P

Month bump but with a purpose.

Really, Don't bother trying to keep the Tri count down in Zbrush.. It really isn't meant for work where you need to watch the tri count. Just go crazy in it, slowly building up form and detail. Then, if you wanna get it in game bake that shit down.

Now, for an even better program that doesn't even require a base mesh..(AND FREE!!)
