To keep on about the longbow, I think the deep reason I am so against it is it robs any future norman/english faction of their definative weapon

I see no need for factions to be too narrowly true and accurate, but longbows and billhooks will be forever medieval english, and that's a faction i'd like to see built

I designed this mod long before I knew much about the Romans. I hope to make a new one sometime in the future, we'll see. :P

Any chance that we see some improved building models for the romans? Especially the trainings camp looks a bit poor and is the most often build one. I have no real idea what kind of model to use instead, but the current one does not look too hip.

The other thing I want to see is a air defense building. I would suggest the golden eagle statue maybe, which shoots with flashes and starts to glow/throw sparks while attacking. This will look good and help the AI play romans.

( these are just ideas of course )

Well if we are going to add a golden eagle statue, why not a golden eagle?

Because having no air units is the only thing that makes romans technically balanced in the megapack.
