[invalid] HUMAN players and AI over harvesting bug

description: if the AI, and the Human Players harvest ressources, and brings back
to a building, that save the ressources,and that memory its full from the ressource type , then harvest the
harvester simply more

short: die players, ignores completely, that the memory full it.

that problem occurs:
that problem concerns all CPU, and the Human Players.

Well, concerning the human players, thats your own fault :) The human players do exactly what you tell them. If you don't click.. they stand around, if you tell them to harvest they harvest till the cows come home!

Concerning the AI, I think the developers need some time to look at the AI behaviour to see why it does what it does and then perhaps document the AI behaviour.

Edit:

I have found something in the AI code which may have contributed to the AI being "dumb" about what it does. I am testing some changes and will see how it affects the AI.
