This is an area where I have very little experience, but I know some free programs for sound/music editing are Audacity and RoseGarden.  You can get free-to-use (CC) music on Jamendo.com, but it might take some searching to get something you actually want.

I couldnt find sound "effects"/"sounds" like, i want a guitar, then i download one track of a guitar and edit it in with other "sounds"?

EDIT: 0:36 and beyond is my favourite, is there somehow i can make these sounds my own? I got lots of freidns with instruments so recording = no problem, but what is the instruments used to make the songs?'

EDIT again: also i love the beggining..

I had a program about two years ago, I think it was call MadTracker. You downloaded instruments and different keys were different notes, I made a few simple songs on that. My brother made some really really cool ones though.

But I don't think it's available anymore....

'Ere ye go: http://www.madtracker.org/main.php

Hmmm I was reading the website a bit more, and you have to pay for a premium account to change the format of the songs to anything useful. Sorry, waste of time...... Still a cool program though....
