I think GAE is the better Glest now, and i think MG should be disbanded.

I think this is wrong, you can't tell thee devs what to do.
Although it would be good, the devs have different views on what glest should be. What I think they should do is just compromise for the greater good of the community.

Right now we have one community for two games, which makes it kinda inaccessible......

Im not telling them what to do, i am telling them my opinion. or rather telling the community my opinion. It is more of a debate on glest.

:O :O, I wish it would happen, but noone agrees to do so, I think glest needs to be more united in the development area, the fact that there are two versions being developed is undoubtedly slower then if both were united into one project.

wow, someone actually agrees with me! this is one of the main reasons we should merge now; we'll have more guys working on it

I think its a great idea and I also think its part of the reason for the success of Spring where the development effort is quite united

1. The OP is verging on trolling
2. The OP is factually incorrect
3. The OP double-poted in less than 2 minutes!!
4. This has been discussed alot before
5. Both dev teams have stated their positions
6. Merging the code at this point would be very time consuming and lead to loss of some features.

Mods please shut this down  :bomb:
