Will be in this Expansion only the new units or also other new things(like multiplayer;))

And could we something like Beta-testers?

no multiplayer yet ;)

We will test the game ourselves for a few days before releasing it, but it is clear that the test process does not end there but continues thanks to you. Since right now there are two versions of the game available, you can be a "beta" tester by playing the Glest 1.1.0-rc1 version, which is not stable yet and is therefore more likely to have bugs that we are not aware of.

2010  ;)  it's a joke, the problem is some members of our team are working in different companies and we are far betwen us, for this reason, our work in glest is very slow; but don't worry, the expansion should be released soon

because the faction that you see in the video was a tech faction controlled by the CPU, our faction was a magic faction.

PD: The expansion will be delayed a bit, but will have some improvements, such as new tileset objects:

looks nice...

did you already think about changing the weather, too, not only day/night?

You know Empire Earth 2,or?
There weather is included, but:
-you need much, much more Computer-power
-is not really usefull

If you have the option to disable/enable it, why not?

I think you mean age of empires 3 that's right

and I thought like Speedator, you don not need to activate it if you have an older pc, but it would fit quite well, since Glest already has Day and Night (like Warcraft 3, by the way...)

He's right with "Empire Earth 2".
I has weather- and seasons-change(being morre or less important for the gameplay, too)
