Units: Move and Attack, Merging Units

Is there/could there be a way to have a unit that attacks while on the move (idea from one of my favourite Stronghold Crusader units the Horse Archers which I'd have patrolling in a circle around the enemy shooting them all down).
Maybe this can work with the symbiotic pet stuff.
Ideally I'd like to have a Werewolf unit hop onto a Worg units to make a uni which can move and slash things apart while it's still moving.
  • Units that can move and attack.
  • Units that can merge together into a new unit.
  • Units becoming a symbiotic pet of another unit? (Based on the symbiotic pet request.)

Maybe a way to have the one of the joined units dying and having the other unit 'dismounted' with half health?

I want to create a ramming barge for my faction. Can someone please take notice of this thread? It has very good ideas.

Symbiotic pets will allow the first one, but the first implementation will probably only be for stationary units.

Merging units is a good request, will add a ticket.

The third is something nice to keep in mind when revamping the pets system, will amend a ticket for that one.
