Upgrade name truncation

"Production Speed: +25%" to what units?  I know which ones, but do YOU?  Also, that's the edge of the screen and the full name "Improve Construction Techniques" gets truncated.  Is it supposed to wrap?

Edit: I'm an idiot.  I commented that section out and forgot to re-enable it.   The truncation thing still stands, though.

Indeed, I know what you mean, and it's more than just upgrades. The regeneration, some attack names, emanations, etc, are sometimes cut off, especially ones with medium-long names. They should either wrap, or, have the UI slightly bigger (personally, I think both would be a good idea). As well, related, some menu elements are cut off in the drop down boxes, ESPECIALLY maps, but also scenarios, scenario categories, etc;

The display panel is now 50% wider than it was, which should help, I'll open a ticket for 'potentially wrapping' it, there is code to do this already of course, but I'm not so sure I put it somewhere sensible , so I'll probably need to refactor the widgets a bit.

Fantastic silnarm! That should do nicely. Once I can get 0.3.1 downloaded (my internet "jumped" and canceled the download at 70% ), I shall enjoy seeing this and the new features!
