This would be the best help, unless if you really can't do it, I guess you could tell the model of your router to us...

To make sure this is not misunderstood: this is not a bug in the game or the master server. Instead, it means that it is not currently possible to connect to your computer from the Internet. But that's neccessary if you would like to host a game (and I hope you do, since if nobody hosts, nobody can join). So you need to setup port forwarding on the device which your Internet provider gave you to access the Internet. Those are usually referred to as "DSL modem/router" or "cable modem/router". Read on in the FAQ for a more detailed explanation.

atibox (old): Core2Quad Q9400 (4 cores @2.66GHz), 8 GB RAM, XFX HD-467X-DDF2, PCI subsystem ID [1682:2931], (Radeon HD 4670, RV730 XT) @1680x1050; latest stable Ubuntu release, (open source) radeon / mesa video driver

Cool, nice to hear.

To make sure this is not misunderstood: this is not a bug in the game or the master server.
Which is why the "Error" part of this thread's title should be...removed. [Done -Arch]
