BUG: Hold animation not playing in 0.3.1 [Fixed rev. 937]

I noticed that the hold position ("attack_stopped") command seems to be broken in the latest stable version (0.3.1). I'm not sure if hold position is even working at all, to be honest... Though for certain, I can notice that it's not playing the animation it should be for hold position, as most of my units have unique models for said command.

Thanks, 'custom' stop skills weren't being set if the unit was already executing some other stop skill. Fixed rev. 937.
