« on: 6 December 2010, 13:05:41 »

Hmm, I don't think you are supposed to try and compile on windows using mingw, do you? My understanding so far is that mingw is to be used fror cross-compiling to Linux and Windows targets on Linux. And that's what you'd likely use this dependencies package for, to compile, on Linux, to the Windows target. Kobe is trying to compile for the Windows target on Windows, though.

Compile error.
d:\trunk\source\win32_deps\sdl-1.2.x\include\SDL_config.h(34) : fatal error C1189: #error :  You should copy include/SDL_config.h.default to include/SDL_config.h

BTW:I run the latest build-mg.bat, but the error still appears.

Did you see what tomreyn said?

Anyways, I'll try compiling MG right now.

Yes, windows. Windows 7 32 bit. Perhaps it is something with your own comp...? Maybe try updating to service pack 3.

There is also a problem: I downloaded the latest svn which win32_deps_mingw.tar.7z, when I unzip it, but there are an error message: SVN \ win32_deps_mingw \ home \ softcoder \ Code \ megaglest \ trunk \ source \ win32_deps \ xerces- c-src_2_8_0.dll does not exist.
Can you send me a complete win32_deps package? Please use winrar compression, thank you.

This is nothing to do with xp sp3 installed.
