[not a bug] things concerning the tool tips

hey, i was thinking, is it possible to make the tooltips use the formating of the .lang file that they come from? eg. if in the .lang file, everything is written in Ariel Black and at 10pt, then it should show that ingame. i say this so that we can save space in the tool tip (ive noticed that you dont have much room to work with, which can be a problem).

also, on upgrade tool tips, i think that you should be able to have a custom value for the units it affects. eg. instead of showing that the upgrade affects all of your buildings individually, you should be able to say "affects all buildings." or, instead of stating every tank that it upgrades, you could just say "affects all tanks." this too is to save space.

Er, the lang file has no formating... It's a txt file. txt has no formating, and cannot.

Though, I should hope that fonts can be chosen in the ini again in the future. The current fonts are forced, and while they look good, remove from the modability of the game. Since it can load fonts now, I should also hope that if a font is not in the user's system, we can just place it in the fonts folder.

also, on upgrade tool tips, i think that you should be able to have a custom value for the units it affects. eg. instead of showing that the upgrade affects all of your buildings individually, you should be able to say "affects all buildings." or, instead of stating every tank that it upgrades, you could just say "affects all tanks." this too is to save space.
That could be handy. Most likely we'd specify a "replacement text" for the unit list that would replace the unit list, giving more control over its text.
