[fixed] Minor bug: missing button click sound on 'reload last game settings'

Whenever you click on a menu button you get to hear a clicking sound. Depending on what you click on you get a higher or lower click sound. However, there is no click sound on the 'reload last settings' button in the 'Custom game' menu. I am fully aware that this is really a minor issue. ;-)

That's still the case on r4319, tested on my atibox.

In fact there are many more places where clicking a button doesn't trigger a click sound, while in most places it does.

There also seem to be two different click sounds - one high, one low (this one is usually used when clicking on "return"), and due to menu restructuring their use can seem inconsistent nowadays.
