Bump maps et al., split from Aztecs

I think the buildings looking aztec would be very cool

Perhaps bump maps can be used to add the detail

Glest doesn't support bump maps yet.  :(

about the denying thing, Elim, ive seen you and Tiger side with MG solely because of multiplayer (and because Softcoder does it).

@Zoy Maybe that is partially true, but part of the reason was that when they tested a few months ago they noticed some of the features of GAE were buggy... I remember @IRC. But, that's different now, I think. We have stable GAE and MG  :O

Also Zoy, please don't be more and more aggressive with directing people to GAE. I understand why you are being more aggressive, but when Constellus is included in GAE and when GAE has stable multiplayer, you won't even need to. I mean, supposedly Hailstone is already working on it now right? Although, I kinda find it weird that GAE will include a sci-fy faction... Oh well, as long as the quality is good.
And I don't mean stop telling people to use GAE etc, but like how you would before...or how others would.
This reminds me, I need to try out the latest development version of GAE...whatever it's called now  :D

@Gabbe It isn't even worth it right now...  :|

Well every other mod that is of the same category as Constellus, if so. Because you can't really compare it to other categories...

IMPORTANT NOTE:
The bump mapping in the master branch is currently dysfunctional, it has been fixed in a local branch, and unfortunately is now mixed up with a bunch of other render related stuff, should hopefully be all merged next week some time.
