Magic AI has issues again? (GIT- Master)

So I had a 20 minute game, playing against a CPU ULTRA Magic. I thought it would be a decent game, so I recorded the whole thing and I was going to upload it as a gameplay video of GAE (Showing GAE features, etc.) Unfortunately, they only produced 5 units. I remembered this happen 1 year and 3 months ago when I first found Glest, but I thought the Magic AI was fixed. Omega tells me 0.3.2 is fine, so is this problem known? I suppose I could try cpu mega for magic, if that's ok that would probably be too hard for one person...

Skip to 17:30 then you can see...Also for some reason it was really dark during nighttime.
EDIT: I was able to reproduce this, not sure if this happens with mega, normal, or easy.

I think they only produced 5 units because they can't gather resources (note: 0 resources harvested), so the bug would be with gathering resources then? Did you test against any other AI controlled factions?

That could be the problem. I tested Ultra Tech, they were fine. CPU Mega for Magic looked fine too.
edit: now it's fine, weird.
