Open Source, you mean. I think it is...not sure what's the license of it and etc since the site is mostly down.
Perhaps, but I think development stopped. Not sure...since I read somewhere that the creator moved on to making a commercial game on Steam.
But anyways, this game seems pretty nice. I guess it's meant for really big co-op games. It's seems to be very different of glest though,maybe it's more like spring? Also the campaign is pretty good I guess, it's also like a tutorial.
