While it is possible to move windows in-game by double-clicking their title bar, this does not work for the units/building/command window (the right-most positioned window which is always visible). This is unexpected and inconsistent with the other windows' behaviour.

You only need to click once, they all work this way for me, interestingly if I double click-drag the display panel moves for me, but not the minimap or resource bar.

This may be related to the problems John was having with scrollbar buttons never getting mouseUp() events... will have a play on linux later and see if I get the same results as John, if it is a linux thing, it'll likely be causing a few GUI glitches.

In fact, when I double-clicked some of these windows' title bars, these windows would move wherever I moved the mouse pointer, and another click there would drop them at the new location. This only worked for some of these windows. By now, it works for no windows at all - I assume this was an intentional change.

When I moved the windows this way, they moved completely - I never observed the behaviour you describe where only  the display panel (I think this is what I call 'windows title') moved.
