[fixed] 3.50 beta 2: Game mods' fatal error

What i did: i clicked on the "Game Mods" button in the main menu and then i clicked on the three items in "Tech Tree" section, on the each one quickly and then.. crash. Don't know the common algorithm of it, but you can click on the other items with the same way and sometimes this happens again. Works on two computers. OS: Windows XP 32 sp2 on the first computer, and sp3 on the second.
