[invalid] BUG REPORT, v3.5.0: Option changes are not saved under cyrillic named user

Platform: Win7x64 SP1.
When running MegaGlest under cyrillic named windows user any option changes are not saved. For example, I run MegaGlest, enter "Options" screen, change resolution, get a "must restart" message, restart MegaGlest and resolution remains the same.
Same situation if i try to change options with the glest_configurator.exe
Edit: i also cant reload last Custom Game settings.

However, under windows user with latin name this problem does not arise.

Maybe this problem can be solved by changing the 'UserData_Root=%appdata%/.megaglest/' to 'UserData_Root=' or any other valid path, where you wish to store game config.

If this value is null then MG will save userfiles in the game directory where it was installed.
