[(p) fixed] MegaGlest 3.5.0 - bug with Snake Basket

Snake Basket has the energy scale, but it is always empty (can shoot without energy).
And why there is a button "Stop", seems other such buildings do not have it.

And to build this building, i select Magician,
click the icon "Build Snake Basket", but it's not all.
I just went into the construction menu with only one icon inside,
now I have to click this icon.
I think it's unnecessary.
