* Fedora RPM(s) links are below the instructions.   :D
(there must be one download per 30 days to keep the links active)

1) to install change to the directory you downloaded Megaglest
2) su -c 'yum install megaglest-data-3.5.0-1.fc14.noarch.rpm megaglest-3.5.0-1.fc14.x86_64.rpm --nogpg'
    a) if it complains about dependencies try this:
        i) su -c 'yum install megaglest-data-3.5.0-1.fc14.noarch.rpm megaglest-3.5.0-1.fc14.x86_64.rpm --nogpg --enablerepo=updates-testing'
3) before begining a game go to options -> autoconfig
4) set your screen resolution in game options
5) exit game, restart
6) Enjoy.

http://depositfiles.com/files/an3ragr83 MegaGlest x86_64
http://depositfiles.com/files/mj49yej5j MegaGlest-Data (no arch)

https://build.opensuse.org/project/show?project=home%3Afedoralinuxuser (source files)

I just compiled the source... OpenSUSE Build Service Provided mostly everything I needed.
However, I had to modify the spec file to match fedora dependencies.

You must set your screen resolution or you will not be able to scroll right or down properly

Nice!

Softcoder has been (and still is) working with self-sacrifice on making the game installable via cmake install so that we can provide a solid basis for package maintainers to build packages of MG. This also involves license clearing (though we were not too bad on this thanks to mostly proper documentation of what comes from where under which terms). I guess he will post about his modifications when they are done, and when we release 3.5.1.

Is this a bug your packaging introduces? Since I'm not aware of it on our releases.

I am not aware if this is a bug in the source I was supplied or an error in the compiling of the package.  The bug is so minor I have decided not to look into it.
