Addons can't overwrite global language string?

0.4beta1, the Military addon does not seem to be able to overwrite the global language string. I even tried removing the language file in the upgrade addon for 0.4, with no success. It just seems to be completely ignored.

Are you sure they are named correctly ("en.lng")... the ones in your beta were not so named...

Yes, I named them properly now. Also, the background image for the loading screen doesn't seem to be working either.
