Indian Faction - bulls do not require housing

Not sure if this is intended but indian bulls do not require housing. Maybe it is logical, but on the other hand this is a handicap and it is a bit easier to make an army like this: http://megaglest.pzt.me/8ym4

Very true, provided your enemy doesn't use aircraft or decoy units since once the bull expends his EP he can't fight for a while

What about raising their production time ( double it for example)? Will this stop it?

2x slower production can be reduced by building another stable and make both producing them

yes , but all this takes longer. I only see the bulls as a problem in the beginning of a game.
Maybe the price can be raised a bit too.

I don't think bulls are a problem and should be left as they are, an improved suicide wave unit just like the stickfighter

+1. They aren't very strong, and even in large numbers, they get in each other's way too much to be of use. In fact, the large numbers allow the opposing team to get in more kills, thus increasing their levels and making them stronger.

Plus they require EP (energy points).
Get the Vbros': Packs 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5!

So maybe raise the stables requirement so you must have the campfire first?
But I don't like it too much as the the bulls are a nice options to play the same faction with another tactic

Don't change anything in my opinion, the way you set the bull up is effective and doesn't need changing

Agreed. This is also the easiest way to do it, after all, usage of the bull is a double-edged sword.

Well usually I think most people use them at the end of games, so yeah...I agree, no change is required.
