Mouse sensitivity way too low
« on: 23 June 2005, 22:21:18 »
The linux port compiled for me without problems, and runs very well, except for one seemingly minor detail: the mouse sensitivity is far too low.  I really have to work to get the cursor from one side of the screen to the other.

I tried increasing sensitivity with xset, but it appears Glest enforces it's own sensitivity setting.

Is there any way I can increase the sensitivity?  I apologize if this is docuemnted somewhere, I did look.

;)

The mouse handling is all done by the SDL library. Maybe you should ask there for help, in theory it should just use the same settings as the rest of your X.
I can't do much about this problem in glest.
