[lacks info] In game IRC Enter key not working

MG 3.5.2 , windows 7 64bit, Locales installed Thai and English, default English. Thai has not been used at all during this session.

In internet game browser, Enter key does not work for IRC chat, can click a name and the input then works but the enter key still does not work. Others can see my messages, by my input window does not clear and my messages do not appear *to me* in main message window.

Playing about I pressed Alt+Enter then  CTRL+Enter and then the enter key started working normally.

Alt tabbing in and out a few times and I had to repeat the sequence.

Restart game , enter key works normally, alt-tab appears to trigger the problem 80% and I have to repeat the ALT+Enter - CTRL+Enter sequence to get it working. Plus my post goes out several times while doing this, and I see nothing at my end until I get the enter key working normally again.

Will try after a reboot and see if it is 100% repeatable. Will report back.

Works perfectly after reboot. now ALT+TAB. Enter key does not work. Press ALT+Enter, Enter now working normally again. Didn't have to press the CTRL+Enter this time.

Seems that ALT Tabbing triggers it. Not every time but *almost* every time. Now I will hang around in there for an hour or 2 and see if it happens without ALT+Tab.

The repeats are me pressing enter but not seeing anything happen at my end. The input area did not clear, and the message window did not show me my messages, though I did see your responses.

Sorry, got bored, but seems hanging around in the room does not trigger it. ALT+Tab issue,,,,, pretty sure.

badbod, run megaglest from commandline like this:

megaglest --verbose

then from the main menu press Enter once. Then paste the output you see in the console.

*NOTE: Most likely this is fixed in the svn version.
