How do I make the screen scroll only when I want it to (as indicated by pressing the arrow keys)? I didn't see anything in the config about this.

If my hand slips and I'm already lagging while the screen scrolls off to B.F., Egypt, I often have to pause the game to re-center it. Really annoying.

I'm assuming you refer to the way the camera moves when the mouse hovers to the sides of the window? It cannot be disabled. Yet.

Yes, that is what I meant. Is there another term for this?

as far as i know, that cannot be disabled. if someone know the way to disable that, it would be very useful..
