Dutch translation for 3.5.2

I made a quick Dutch translation for MegaGlest 3.5.2 for Linux (I'm not sure if the Linux version may have different language files from the Windows version).

While I'm usually fairly accurate in my spelling, I haven't had anyone proofread the translation, so there might be the occasional typo in there, but it's very readable.

I also noticed a request in the Polish thread to also translate scenarios, I'll have a look at that soon as well if I can find the time.

Thank you, joepie. This is now in our subversion repository (r2495) and will ship with the next release. It would be great if you could also provide translations for at least the beginner scenarios. If you do, please make sure you test it on 800x600 to see how the text wraps.
