[translation] [bug?] New Czech translation

I made a czech translation for MG: http://pastebin.com/9sqR4RUd
The file format is based on the current version of english.lng in the trunk.

I just noted that there are still missing few phrases in the translation file, for example:

Added a few of these to read from translation file:

UnitType=Unit type:
PublishDisabled= (disabling publish)
The others are 'built in" names which we may eventually also make translatable but not yet as it requires some special code.
