Background music : lastsong

This is a short, slow and sad music, it can be used in a scenario, when the player loses the game.

Technically, yes, but the GPL is mostly geared toward software programs.  The usual equivalent for music and similar artistic works would be Creative Commons Attribution Share-alike (CC-By-SA).  You can even release it under both GPL and CC-By-SA, which is what Wikipedia does.  Read more here: https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/3.0/
