With the map editor, I cant figure out how to put water in. When I chose "water object" it shows up as a bush in the game, and "bush" shows up as a tree. Oh yeah, and how do I get the rocks with gold in em?
Sorry if I'm stupid, but please help  :(

I don't know what is the problem with the map, naybe you can send it to us and we can take a look. About the water you add it by lowering the surface height below thw water-level variable.

Send us the map by mail (the contact address is on the web) or upload it somewhere and put a link on this board.

There is a manual for the map editor that may help you a bit, but is quite outdated. It may be a good idea to take a look to existing maps as well as a reference.

Custom objects are objects that depend on the tileset, you don't know exactly what they will be, so use only a few of them for decoration. Most of the objects should be of the types 1 to 5, that have predefined object (1 is a tree, 2 is a dead tree, 3 is a rock, 4 is a bush and 5 is an object to be placed near a river (even if the model is not done yet))

Your map crashes because its dimensions are not a power of 2 (16, 32, 64, 128, 256). We will include a more descriptive error message for next release.
