welcome message on server

hey

i would really like to have a welcome message on (headless) servers, so the server admin can give some information to the players, like in the irc lobby.
that could be displayed in the chat area or as a simple popup box.

I'd also like to see this feature implemented. Both because it's useful and because I think that being able to ship an individual message to the players can be a factor which motivates those who have the resources to do so to host good dedicated (headless) servers for MegaGlest.
