My MegaGlest was working perfectly in my brand new notebook, but it stopped working..

How do I post my screenshots ?? i click on "insert image" and... ?

Yo, on the top of this category is a thread titled "READ THIS FIRST". Obviously you did not. You'll have to excuse my bluntness, but go read it, then post your error.

As for images, use an image host such as Imageshack.

Based on the command line output in the background this seems to be the same issue reported here: Re: v3.6.0.2 - english.lng not found. So please also provide the full --verbose output.

You seem to have a corrupt installation. In the screenshots i see it referring to both c:\megaglest AND c:\program files(x86)\megaglest.

Please uninstall all versions of megaglest from control panel, then manually delete the folders:

c:\megaglest
c:\program files(x86)\megaglest
c:\users\roldofio\appdata\roaming\megaglest

Then reinstall using 3.6.0.3 and let us know if it works.

Some of your screenshots show the MegaGlest configurator. Please note that this application is deprecated and may not work.

Did you use MegaGlest configurator after reinstalling? If so, then please uninstall again, delete all locations Softcoder listed above again, then reinstall again. Then just run the game and see if it works this time.

OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOHH, the problem was that everytime i didn't use to delete the game from appdata/roaming..

I think i know what the problem here is. He installed the game at different times in different locations. The glestuser.ini likely had written to it the older location of the install and the newer install was pointing to the older install via property value in glestuser.ini

Will need to figure out how to deal with that in the future, perhaps when installing a new version we delete the property entry in glestuser.ini so it uses default values initially for the location path.
