After looking at Merlins log it looks like his socket layer has gone mad (its trying to send game settings to the connection clients and the TCPIP layer keeps saying theres no buffer space). I have added some possible defensive code in svn, so if anyone is able to build an svn binary for him to test that would be good, I'll see if i can once i have time to do so if no-one else helps out.

I just created a megaglest.exe build of SVN revision 3089 for you.

Please use it as follows:
  • First of all, make sure you have a clean MegaGlest 3.6.0.3 installation. The best way to do so is to delete all files from the directory the start menu shortcut "MegaGlest UserData" points to, then uninstall MegaGlest, then delete the directory %ProgramFiles%\MegaGlest (you can type this into the location bar of your Windows Explorer file/directory browser (the one which comes up when you press the Windows logo key and E) - not Internet Explorer!), then do a new installation of MegaGlest 3.6.0.3 using the installer.
  • Then use Windows Explorer again to browse to the %ProgramFiles%\MegaGlest directory. In there, locate the file megaglest.exe and rename it to megaglest_3603.exe.
  • Now download the above ZIP archive
  • In this archive, there is a megaglest.exe file (7,227,392 bytes). Extract this file to %ProgramFiles%\MegaGlest.
  • Now run MegaGlest as usually, using the start menu shortcut. If everything went well, once in the main menu, it will say v3.6.1-dev [Feb 11 2012 05:02:43, Rev: 3089]
Now try to reproduce this issue. If you can still reproduce it then please reproduce it once more with debug logs enabled and capture the games' verbose output on the command line. And please make all of this available again as a compressed archive.
